Estimated Delivery Dates
All our parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st class, normally within one business day of order confirmation. Some items are sent by recorded delivery.
- Royal Mail do not provide online tracking for 1st class mail. Please wait for possible late delivery within 6 days after dispatch. If there has been no delivery attempt within this time, please contact Royal Mail delivery depot to locate your parcel. Your Royal Mail Hotline: 0845 740740.
- If the parcel cannot be located by the carrier please contact us.
- It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they are available at delivery time to receive a package, or to collect it
later as arranged by the post office. If the item is returned to ZettaVolt by the Post Office because they were unable to deliver it, then
it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for redelivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subjects to manufacturer availability. Every effort is made to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, but we accept no liability for any errors on the site. Problem with a delivery
Please check that goods are correct when you receive
them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper. If you receive an item that is faulty or
incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days.
