Items damaged in transit
If the contents of a package have been damaged in transit, you can return the item
to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
Faulty Goods or Incorrect Item
Faulty items can be returned for an exchange or refund where replacements are not available.
The product must be sent in the original condition that it was sent in along with the order number
and a description of the fault. All parts, documentation and packaging must be included in the return.
Once we receive the item returned we will refund you the full cost
of the item including delivery. If a returned product is found to be not faulty,
the product will be returned to the customer at their expense. If the goods are incorrect you must return
them without removing the cellophane wrapper.
In many cases it may be quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer
directly so that they can rectify the problem for you, especially where the item is covered by a warranty.
Unwanted Item or Non-Faulty
You may return any item in its original and unopened condition with all tags and/or packaging,
within 7 days of delivery. The item must be sent securely by post. Please include a note to state reason
for return, and your full details. Please note: You will be responsible for the delivery
cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition, suitable for resale. If these conditions
are met the cost of the item will be refunded. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
